Ingredients of Sambal Telur
- Prepare 6 of biji telur.
- You need 10 of tangkai cili kering *.
- You need 1 of biji bawang besar*.
- It's 5 of biji bawang putih*.
- Prepare of Sejemput ikan bilis*.
- Prepare 1/2 of bawang besar (hiris bulat).
- You need 1 sudu makan of gula.
- It's 1/2 sudu teh of garam.
- It's 3 of sudu sos tomato(sy x guna air asam jawa.ganti dgn sos tomato).

Masukkan gula terlebih dahulu supaya sambal berwarna merah cantik. Masukkan garam, belacan dan air asam jawa. Che mat kalau masak sambal telur pecah, suka guna telur gred kecil, macam ged C atau D, ini kerana kandungan air dalam telur agak kurang dan bila masak, rupa telur tu masih nampak senonoh, takde lah bersepai dan berserabai semacam.
