Sambal Telur. Sambal telur or egg sambal is a Malay concoction. Sambal telur hancur - raw eggs are scrambled along with the sambal sauce. Traditionally, they were deep-fried so the golden crust is more even.
I first made this Egg Sambal recipe, also known as Malaysian Sambal Telur, many years ago. I honestly don't remember how or when exactly it came to be, but I'm pretty sure that the fact that it takes mere minutes to get from pan-to-table-to-tummy is what sealed the deal for me. - Prepare 4 of biji telur.
- You need 1 of senduk cili kisar.
- You need 1 sudu makan of gula.
- Prepare 1/4 of pes asam jawa.
- You need 1 sudu teh of serbuk maggi cukup rasa.

- It's of Bahan Kisar.
- You need 1/2 of biji bawang besar.
- Prepare 5 of biji bawang merah.
