- Haluskan tengiri bersama labu siam kukus, bawang putih, garam, gula, putih telor dan penyedap, bisa pakai food prosesor atau digilingkan.
- Setelah halus tambahkan tapioka sedikit2 sampai habis sambil di giling pelan. Setelah tercampur rata, sisihkan.
- Isikan adonan tengiri td ke dalam kulit pangsit, tahu dan pare. Kemudian kukus bersama telor, kentang dan kobis. Ngukusnya pare terakhir aja stlh yg lain matang biar warnanya tetep bagus.
- Rebus air di panci sampai mendidih, kmd matikan api. Sisa adonan dibikin spt bikin pentol dan dimasukkan ke dlm air panas menggunakan sendok.Kemudian panaskan lagi air nya. (Tapi adonan ini tdk bisa dibikin bulat2 spt pento)l. Setelah pentol nya naik, angkat dan sisihkan.
- Haluskan cabe kriting, bawang putih,gula, dan garam. Campurkan bumbu halus dan kacang goreng yg telah dihaluskan. Kemudian bumbu yg telah dicampur tadi direbus dg air 700ml sampai agak menyusut air nya. Kekentalannya sesuai dg keinginan aja..
- Siomay siap di sajikan di piring dg memotong2 bahan yg sdh matang, dan disiram dg saos kacang, kecap manis, saos sambal dan air jeruk limau.
