- Bahan siomay; haluskan semua udang+ikan tenggiri + dada ayam masukkan dlm wadah, masukkan bumbu halus bawang merah bawang putih, merica, garam, minyak ikan, minyak goreng, kaldu aduk merata kemudian masukkan labu siam aduk, lalu telur sedikit sedikit aduk kembali lalu masukkan daun bawang aduk hingga rata masukkan tepung sagu aduk hingga adonan kalis.
- Cara membuat saus kacang ; goreng kacang tanah hingga kekuningan lalu dinginkan kemudian di haluskan dgn food processor / blender. Haluskan bumbu2 lainny, tumis bawang putih + cabe + daun jeruk tumis hingga harum masukkan kacang tanah lalu msukkan lainny masak hingga berminyak (minyak dari kacang ny ya) masukkan air jeruk nipis lalu koreksi rasa.
- Cara penyajian; siapkan wadah siomay kemudian potong2 siram dgn bumbu kacang + kecap + saos sesuai selera kucuri jeruk limau,, siomay siap di santap.
